Compania Timken, lider global în rulmenți proiectați și produse de transmisie industrială, a semnat un acord pentru achiziționarea Engineered Solutions Group din Houston, Texas (cunoscut și sub numele de Innovative Mechanical Solutions sau iMECH). iMECH produce rulmenți axiali, rulmenți radiali, acoperiri speciale și alte componente utilizate în principal în industria energetică. Compania are în prezent aproximativ 70 de angajați, iar veniturile din proiecte în 2023 sunt de așteptat să ajungă la 30 de milioane de dolari.
Achiziția iMECH va extinde gama noastră de produse și va crea oportunități semnificative de vânzare încrucișată, consolidând astfel poziția noastră de lider global în domeniul rulmenților proiectați. iMECH a stabilit parteneriate cu o serie de companii mari și binecunoscute de servicii energetice pentru a furniza rulmenți de inginerie de înaltă calitate pentru scenarii de aplicații extrem de solicitante.
